I appreciate all of the advice. I am still a novice but starting to pick up on a few things. I am the person looking for a 3 carat round brilliant excellent cut. One of the posts talked about HCA and how one stone with an excellent rating would be a brilliant stone. I notice that most of the stones do not contain that grading. The following stones are two that do. First, what is the opinion of these two stones. Secondly how is the HCA rating determined and who does that. How can a person realistically know what the HCA grading is since neither the GSA or GIA do that? Thanks in advance.
