3.02round diamond

hi guys.. i am fairly new here .. been readin up but i guess i never posted.


anyways i think i found my self a deal... it is a 3.02 round diamond GIA certificate... the guy wants 28K cash

it is a VS1 , G color , 9.29x9.33 mm, medium polish girdle , No flourescence... as of now that is all the info i have...

what do you guys think ?

can you get more info from the certificate? such as the crown and pavilion angles? table%, depth% would help too

My 2 1/2 G, VS2 cost much more, so don''t understand why this stone would be so much cheaper? Unless you''re getting it from the secondary market, something''s not right.

Me too. No paper trail means you are leaving yourself open to a world of trouble.

The above would be helpful please or the GIA report number so we can look it up online, that will tell us more about the all important cut. Have you seen the diamond in person? Is it a private sale or with a jeweller/ online?
