$250 and under gift ideas for friend getting married....DBTY?

Hi everyone, I have a friend getting married in August (I am in her wedding) and she already has picked a necklace and earrings to wear on her wedding day. I would like to get her a jewelry gift for her shower that she could wear for her wedding day if she chose to. I saw the DBTY bracelet with one stone from Tiffany''s in silver for $250, but I thought maybe I could have WF make one and end up with a larger stone or three small stones and 18kg for the same cost. Does anyone own anything like this?Tiffany DBTY

ALso, please throw some ideas at me if you have any! It doesn''t have to be tiffany I just for some reason got a lot of ideas from them. I''d like to get something special for her! Ideally diamonds included but I might be crazy on my budget!!!

How big is the DBTY diamond? Be sure to check as there is a good chance it''s microscopic and even WF may not be able to make one that''s has an impressive sized diamond within that price range. Maybe someone can chime in as the price of gold is higher than the price of silver.

MC, I agree, one teeny stone may be lost. I think the Tiffany''s one can come in .03 or .05. hmmmm.....any more suggestions???
