$2200 round 0.7+

Can anyone tell me if my budget is realistic...

I would like an excellent cut, SI1+ (eye clean), J+ round brilliant 0.7ct or above for $2200... I have found a setting that I love with BGD, so I kind of need to find a stone from them, no one else has a setting even similar to the one I love. I have seen a few stones, but am unsure which is the best of what they have.

Your help/advice/expertise would be appreciated.
