Basically taking better care of myself. Have all my checkups done, which I have let slide. I had a physical in November and this week I'm going to have mammogram and bone density screenings done. Then it's off for the pap smear.
I gained weight during the first part of covid. Who didn't? My daughter got a fancy scale that gives you all kinds of cool info and I bravely got on and shocked myself into action. I want to continue to weigh every day now that I'm back down in the 110s where I belong. It's all too easy for the pounds to creep on when you're not paying strict attention.

My goal is to lose the weight I have gained since covid hit...I had lost 105 pounds since 2014 and since covid hit probably gained at least 8 back, doesnt sound like much but at 4'10 1/2" tall its alot and it's the first time since my weight loss journey I have gained weight and I am not a happy camper...my other goals is to drink less, this too spiraled out of control since covid and of course that also contributed to the weight gain.
I have been drinking more booze to kill the virus..![]()
