I am still early in the process but I would like to know if I am on the right track.

I have two Diamonds both round I have been looking at and would like to know if what I am looking at is good quality or not. Also what an average price should be.

The fist is
1.74 carats
7.94x7.85x4.66
59% Depth
58% Table
13% Crown
43% Pavilion
Gridle Medium
SI2 Clarity
Graining Very Slight
Polish Very good
Symmetry Very good
Cutlet none
Flourescene none
Premium cut
Colour G

The second
1.74 Carat
7.91x 7.87x 4.59
58.2% depth
57% Table
13% Crown
42% pavilion
Gridle Thin
Polish Good
Symmetry Good to Very Good
Cutlet none
SI2 Clarity
Graining Nil
Colour D
Flourescence Slight

Both are EGL CERT

are they EGL USA or EGL Europe....

has either stone been confirmed to be eye-clean by your standards?

first stone reads as a 1.1 on the HCA with the following stats

Light Return Very Good
Fire Excellent
Scintillation Excellent
Spread
or diameter for weight Excellent

EGL Europe. No Both I have been looking at online.

The first could be worth further investigation but pass on the second - the cut advisor won't even take it. Do you know which EGL lab graded the first diamond, such as EGL USA, Israel, Europe etc?

ETA- ok EGL Europe, I would suggest if you want to consider the first diamond, check it is eyeclean to your standards and make the sale final on it checking out with an independant appraisal. http://diamonds.pricescope.com/grading.asp

I would also contact the seller and confirm that the first one is eye clean....

Is EGL Euro''s rep good or bad? Are the questions on eyeclean because it is SI2?

You can do a search concerning the reliability of the EGL labs, also read the link I posted above. Yes, the remark concerning '' eyecleanliness'' is because the diamond is sizeable and SI2 clarity. Some SI clarities will be eyeclean at close scrutiny, others will not so make sure you let the vendor know your expectations and comfort level concerning this.
