In case anyone is wondering, this looks to be a beautiful Unheated and well saturated sapphire. This could make someone very happy Christmas morning, *nudge, nudge, wink, wink*. It also appears to have a whole AGL prestige report too!

That is an excellent price for a 2.6 ct, unheated sapphire of that quality with an AGL report. EJ, I know you will hear from folks right away with lower offers than what you are asking; I would hold out for your price, as it is a steal of a prices as is.

If it has been designated as unheated, then it will not have had any clarity enhancement. In other words, AGL would not have allowed the unheated designation if it had had any invasive treatment. HTH.
