Even though this is my first post as a PS member, I have been an avid fan for months. I have recently received the green light from my boyfriend of 5 years to begin my search for the "perfect" diamond. I have my heart set on a square radiant and found one in particular from Whiteflash that might be "the one." Since I am fairly new to this, I was hoping to get some feedback.

Carat: 2.10
Color: H
Clariy: SI1
Table: 62
Depth: 66.4
Sym: VG
Pol: VG
Flr: No
Price: $13,198
Dim: 7.67 x 7.36 x 4.89

Any comments/thoughts/suggestions are greatly appreciated!

Can you provide the link to this diamond?

Thanks Lorelei! Unfortunately, I don''t have a link to this diamond. They specifically emailed me the specs on it. Here''s some more information that may be of help:

Gdl: tn-tk
Cul: VS
%/Rap: -22%

I don''t know if that helps but any comments would be appreciated. Thanks!

Emalee, Coda will be logging in soon and she is great with Radiants and has a special interest with them. What I can say is that as WF has this diamond it should be a good one and well worth considering. Also Radiants are best seen by the eyes to see if you like it. WF can send you a pic of it so you can get a better idea. The colour and clarity look good, price seems ok as far as I can tell, but I am not expert on prices, especially for fancy cuts. Lets see what Coda says and we can go from there.

The numbers are ok on this diamond, although I like the depth to be 60-65%. This one''s just a little over that, so you don''t seem to be losing anything on the size. I personally probably wouldn''t buy an H colored radiant. From looking at them in the store, I could see some color in an H. But, if you''re not that color sensitive, this may be fine for you. The price seems to be fine.

Really, radiants need to be seen in person in order to best judge them. If you could have Whiteflash at least send you some pictures, it might be easier to tell if you like it.

I did a search for you and found one that I liked. VVS2 is overkill for the clarity though, but otherwise this diamond looks to be near perfect. You also get a pricescope discount if you mention it to James Allen. The drawback is that it is around $5000 more than the one you found even with the discount. Here''s the link:

Thank you ladies! I took your advice and decided to keep on looking. I''m currently contemplating a 2 F SI2 but will keep you all posted. Thanks again!!
