OK, this is embarrassing, but I first posted this yesterday. Then picked up the sapphire from the jewellers (where it has been since the day after I got it 2 months ago) and was so stunned by its beauty, I decided I couldn't possibly part with it. But then I slept on it and realised that (1) I only wear one ring at a time, no necklaces or other jewellery, (2) am getting a different ring and (3) am an extreme minimalist (see other thread!), so... here is it again. Apologies PS..!
As I have it back in my possession, it does mean that I've been able to take a whole load of photos and videos in all different lighting situations, so hopefully this will help anyone interested to see all its "moods". I have been scrupulously honest and tried to show it at its worst as well as best (though its worst is still pretty darn gorgeous). All the videos are on LT link.

Blurb from Loupe Troop copied below:
Beautiful 2.02 carat elongated cushion cut sapphire, light blue, unheated. 7.70 x 6.13 x 4.24mm. Certified by the GIC (Gemmological Institute of Colombo), certificate attached. Originally purchased from Deliqa Gems in Australia, can be seen on their website under "sold" sapphires.
The sapphire is a light blue and appears different depending on the light. I have tried to capture the different views in a series of videos to give the full picture. It is lightly saturated but this combined with the precision cut gives it a beautiful sparkle that rivals my diamond.
Bought for a project but I have gone a different direction. Has never been set. It is hard for me to part with as it's so beautiful but I only wear one ring at a time and rarely wear necklaces, so want it to go to someone who will love and cherish it!
Asking £500 (GBP). UK buyers only please - sorry
. I will consider close offers for PSers. If you are local, you are welcome to come for a socially distanced viewing and collection. If not, fully insured Royal Mail Special Delivery is included in the price.
