Hi everyone,
Wondering what all you experts thoughts are on this... I am on a budget but want a 7-9 stone shared prong wedding band. So I am looking to IDJ to help me out - so far so good. My e-ring is Scott Kay knife edge solitaire and is 19K white gold. Here is what Scott Kay says about the gold:
Scott Kay’s 19K white gold is alloyed with palladium, and not the industry standard nickel as approximately 15% of the U.S. population is allergic to nickel. The benefits of the Scott Kay formula are beautiful pieces that are stronger, whiter and hypoallergenic; a rhodium finish is applied to maintain the whitest surface possible.
FOR MY WEDDING BAND: Do I save money and go with 14K gold (does it matter)? Or 'must' I do 18K? Will IDJ gold be the same? What do you think is critical? Or will their gold no matter what not look right with my Scott Kay?
PS- I don't like the matching SC band for my e-ring
Thanks in advance!
J
