Great Experience with Chris at ERD

Hello, I just wanted to say Engagement Rings Direct/Mark Turnowski Inc., and specifically Chris Anadiotis, provided me with incredible customer service. He was very patient with me as I tried to find the perfect cushion cut stone for my beautiful fiancee. They were able to create a 3D model of my custom setting with the dimensions of my stone incorporated so I could pick exactly the design I wanted before it was custom made. Chris was very prompt in his responses and helped me meet a tight deadline to get my ring on time. In the end I ended up with the 1.50 Carat H VVS1 Cushion Cut below in a .3 carat halo and a band made of Platinum 950. My fiancee LOVES it!
