$10k CAD budget, 1ct+ platinum halo ring sz6. Help!

Hi guys,
one of my dear friend is in need of some ps help to find the perfect ring for his gf of 7 years.

List of requirements:

1. $10,000 CAD budget
2. 1ct+
3. eye clean or better
4. face up white, not too color sensitive so H/I should be fine
5. round cut (H&A or OEC, he doesnt know(or care about) the difference, as long as it's big and sparkly)
6. platinum halo setting or solitaire
7. maximize finger coverage, so maybe halo is the way to go (is double halo too much?)
8. finger size 6
9. comfortable with buying online

he's just at the beginning stages of his search/study and all he knows is bluenile so any general search criteria that could help him narrow down his list would be great.
