Color: Medium toned, strongly saturated orangish pink

Shape & cut: Oval, standard brilliant cut crown with a step cut pavilion

Dimensions: 6.38 x 5.29 x 4.05 mm

Clarity: Eye clean

Treatments: Standard heat only

Lab report: A full format lab report stating heat and diffusion testing results is included (heat yes, diffusion no)

When I opened it I was amazed at the saturation. Honestly probably too saturated to be a “pad” by AGL but I love the color. I looked up the GIC lab and matched the cert number with their site. My aunt who does a lot of expensive jewelry things in asia says they’re reliable which is ok by me.

The cut is great for the material.

I had a really hard time capturing the orange component. I will say his photos are more accurate than mine.

And I’m leaning towards pairing it with this tsav for a vaguely floral themed ring. With the tsav as the “leaf” and the pad as the “lotus”

It just reminds me of my favorite juiciest strawberry starburst!

I want to set the pad on something like this on top but without the diamonds. Just satin rose gold. And connected to the bezelled tsav on the bottom.

I am stunned with the color! It's the perfect pad shade, the one one with a teeny bit more orange than pink. There was a pad thread not too long ago with lots of pics and your stone color was my favorite. You picked the right stone! It will look gorgeous paired with the tsavorite. Wow!

Here’s what I had in mind. Might be awhile though as I have to find the right bench to do it! I have. A local jeweler I love but not sure she feels comfortable bezelling this tsav given the sharp angles.

Getting ready for bed. Love how similar it is to the color of my grapefruit Burt bees package which has always struck me as a great warm orangey pink.

Also took a pic of it under only indoor light. It seems to glow! The certification does report red fluorescence so may that explains it.
