Ahhh! Love love looooove the setting Gypsy suggested. It's beautiful! And will look amazing with sapphires. You should have Gypsy find you a wedding band to match too. She's good at that.

I'm fairly new to this deal, and so far diamonds, most specifically round brillants are my thing and what I am decent at finding, but the several members who have suggested the ring and stone combo's above are in the know.....very sage and wise. I dont think you can go wrong with the suggestions and getting it from a specific vendor versus Ebay, also it has several advantages and folks on PriceScope wont suggest someone who's not up to par and I dare say we're a fairly fickle bunch. The worse you could do is get some ideas of the ring they could make you up and setting a fixed budget helps keep things in perspective.

now for a military/soldier joke, especially for someone at Ft. Bragg, and likely Airborne of one sort or another Might as well PLF into a friendly LZ with good intel versus doing a pre dawn vertical insertion into hostile territory.
