1-sided pave shank and pave basket setting?

I''m looking for a 4-prong, RB setting with one-sided pave diamonds and pave around the basket, but with slightly larger pave than the Ritani Endless Love setting. Similar to this setting, but without the tapered shank and I would prefer larger pave around the basket (3 each side x 4 = 12 all around). I would also prefer a lower, non-cathedral setting. Does this exist? Or should I just go custom?

Wow, I have to say that is really a beautiful setting. I cant help you much. Seems like if you are set on those particular details you may have to
go custom but there may be some others that can show you some settings that might be close enough. Good luck - I think it will be beautiful!
