Oddly enough another jeweler who looked at the GIA cert etc on this stone said he would only grade it as Fair. I think he is just frustrated that I am not working with him but? What do you think is this stone only of "FAIR" quality?
Ok, I found 2 more stones a bit more than the $14,600 for the 1.98 I hope you will comment on these to help me decide if they are superior to the 1.98 and if so worth the extra $$$??????????

Ok, I went to gemappraisers.com and did a cut grading report for the 1st stone (which I have on hold) and here it is as follows (using the data from the 2nd Sarin report):
Cut Grading Report for Radiant Cut Stones
Shape: Radiant
Table % 60.4% Grade: 1A
Crown Height % 11.2% Grade: 1B
Girdle Thickness Medium to Slightly thick Grade: 1A
Total Depth % 64.80% Grade: 1A
Polish Excellent / Very Good Grade: 1A * Not a primary determining factor.
Symmetry Good Grade: 1A * Not a primary determining factor.
Final Grade: 1A
Looks good to me!
M-Stk for girdle means Medium - Slightly Thick correct?
