Could someone help me find something good with these spec please?

Are these specs dumb? Any input on them would be great. I want to keep is below $11k

The cut is the most important thing for me by far; max light performance is a must.

Thank you!!!

they are not dumb, no.
I think with your budget you shouldnt exclude eye clean SI diamonds

Hey man, thanks for the feedback. Very happy to receive help!

Would it make more sense for me to drop the Clarity by a grade and go up one in color?

So, do you have any suggestions for >1.7ct; Ideal; >i; >SI? Thank you!

Personally no I would not drop the cut grade, I'd drop the size down by .1 or something before I'd drop the cut.

Your specs aren't too extreme. If you take the time and effort, there's stones out there to fit this. If cut is your main priority, I'd stick with sites with idealscopes and aset images. The hca tool on the ps website is a must for you as well. If any of these terms are completely new to you, please search and research. Good luck!

Shoot, I meant drop the Clarity. I want the cut to be amazing. Sorry for the mis-key (=

Oh then yes I'd drop clarity to si1 even if you don't go up in color. If someone you find an I si1 in your budget, go for it, but even if you stay at a j I'd not rule out si1 stones because many will be eye clean. And why pay for vs clarity when you can get basically the same look from si1 clarity. This I think would help as with your budget, your money would he better spent on one of the other Cs.
