Can I buy it from local Costco?

If you like the look of it....I found a comparable stone for less (JA offers PS members an additional discount about 1-5%):

This one has a smaller table (which most of us on here prefer, but it's up to you...) I'll keep looking if you're open to other options. You can just find a better deal online and we always recommend our vendors (or most of them).

I'd also suggest this because it's a 2.5ct and it looks gorgeous!!!! And still under your budget!

I am interested in the first one. Can you give a final quote about the price including the Platinum Six Prong Knife Edged Solitaire Engagement Ring?

You should chat with customer service because there is a Pricescope/wire discount.

Agreed, and you should put that stone on hold if you're really interested. You wouldn't believe how awful lurkers are. You do all the work inquiring and they just take a peek and snatch up your stone...Although, with your high budget it's not as big of an issue. I'd still put it on hold and as Julie said, get a final number from them with the setting.

How do you guys think about the Costco one? Actual I still prefer the Costco one. Since they have very good return policy and I have seen the ring in local store already.

The numbers look good on the costco stone. An idealscope image would be great but if you have checked it out in all
Different lighting and it appears to be a good performer then you're probably fine. Post pictures if you get it.

It's up to you. IMO though, it seems to be priced pretty high. Here's a comparable stone that's larger and over 3k less:

I still prefer the 1.77 E VS2 over your costco one and I do happen to be a costco fan as that's where I got my wedding band from. I just hope you make the right purchase for you.
