1.76 F SI3 (or probably I1 by GIA standards) with the "large" inclusion near a corner (not visible to the naked eye, no matter how hard you look). I am sitting at $5792 ($3290.90 a carat)... diamond looks great, but as of now I don't know the table, depth, etc... numbers. For the diamond to be a good deal at 5792 (I really don't think they will go lower but I'll try), what should the missing pieces of the puzzle be?

Yep... I have seen this stone, I thing it looks like a great stone... clarity-wise for me I don't care what the clarity is as long as I cannot see the inclusions, and for an SI3/I1 stone, this "looks" like a really nice one for me. F color cannot be beat. My GF wants as big a looking stone as she can get in my price range, which is under $6000 for the stone before tax. I have printed out the charts on table proportions and stuff for Princess cut stones, and I am just wondering if the table turns out not to be strong, if I should try to negotiate too much of a lower price. I have to decide tomorrow (Monday) on this or else the stone is being shipped back to the headquarters so I am probably going to put it at the very least on layaway so I can get a better chance for more comparisons and research. I would appreciate any other assistance. Thanks! :)

Just looked at the stone again today... it is not certified by anything right now, but they have a GIA certified specialist on staff that will look at all the proportions tomorrow. Looking at the stone again, you can see the inclusion if you look hard for it, but once it is in a setting I'm positive it will be basically not detectable. What should I hope for for table %, other angles, etc... ? I am looking at this stone again tomorrow, and would really appreciate the input.
