I am not expert on princess cuts but this one looks very nice and the price is very reasonable for the size. I guess the inclusion close to the center might bother some but the ideal cut from AGS makes up for it. And I personally don''t mind inclusions at all.

No, I wouldn''t say odd. You don''t see them as often maybe, but this is an AGS0 diamond, so it works. If it''s eyeclean, it should be gorgeous.
