If you are not located in the US, how are you going to receive the funds and insure the item to another country? I would suggest consigning with a vendor in the US, either GOG, Love Affair Diamonds, and Jewels by Grace (compare services and fees).

Thank you so much! I think your diamond is lovely and has a good chance of selling. But I highly recommend if you find a buyer, you offer to send the stone back to GOG for verification so that they buyer knows they are holding the stone before any money is wired. I sold a stone here one time like that myself. GOG held the stone, someone from PS wanted to buy it and talked to GOG to confirm they had it and that it was in the condition as stated on the report. Then the buyer wired money to my account, and then I instructed GOG to ship the stone to the buyer. I think the buyer paid the shipping. You might have to give GOG a small fee, but it is not consignment if you sell it yourself and they are not listing it on their site. If they no longer do that, I would recommend going through Love Affair Diamonds who have a low consignment fee and will handle the sale for you. Good luck!
