1.5C Price Estimate

I am looking for an Ideal Cut 1.5C RB stone w/ the following characteristics and was wondering if I could get help in finding a fair price?

Round Brilliant
1.5C
G or H Color
VS1 or VS2 Clarity

From everything I have read on this site, it appears that the "Cut" of the stone is the most important characteristic and can make the most differnce.

My second question is if there is a significance NOTICEABLE difference in a super ideal cut such as with "A Cut Above" ,"SUPERBcert", or "Signature Ideal" stone that many online retailers have as their own flagship line?
