Numbers looked good to me. Just check to see if obstruction is an issue.

That''s a new one for me... what does obstruction mean?

Read this link, http://diamonds.pricescope.com/ideal.asp Quote from the link. Basically what is shown as black in an IS image.
Shallow stones (lower left on the chart) look darker if you have excellent close up vision because your head obstructs more light sources which makes a shallow diamond appear darker. But shallow diamonds have a bigger spread, and are great for pendants and earrings, where normal social viewing distances apply.

This is a video of what obstruction looks like.

Obstruction is an effect seen when looking at a diamond closely. The diamond may visibly darken face up as you look over it due to the shadow of your head/ body which is literally obstructing the light. Usually shallower proportioned diamonds or ones with shallower pavilion angles can be affected PA < 40.6 but it is important to evaluate each diamond carefully. Ask the vendor if it they are familiar with obstruction and whether they can see it in this particular case.

Do you have an Idealscope image for this diamond?

Hope that helps Surg!
