You are right -- PS vendors are safe to buy from and I would have no fear of.a scam. They are definitely playing in a different ballbark than Ebay!! I was just pointing out that you get what you pay for and any seller is going to be making a profit (although not nearly as much as those Ebay sellers, for sure).
I would say that if you find a diamond with acceptable stats to you, and you also like the price, just make sure you ask questions such as ''why is this price so low compared this other diamond of similar stats?'' You can be confident that the PS vendors will be honest and say that it''s not quite as good of a cut, or it shows a bit of color, or it''s not totally eye clean (if those are the reasons for the low price). Then you can decide if the diamond is still acceptable to you.
