Ok both GIA cert. 1.50 H SI or 1.16 G VVS2 which one all other specs being equal for argument sake. pick one and is there a big size difference in apperance once on ring thanks. please pick one

Those are pretty far apart! There are a lot of desirable stones between a 1.5 H SI and a 1.16 G VVS! I prefer staying with VS2 or up, and I am okay with H color but would prefer G. But G VVS is overkill and I'd rather have a larger G VS2. So it would be hard for me to choose between these two.

because with VVS you are paying for something that you can't see with the naked eye...VVS will look the same as VS.

With diamonds, you can't be all rational, there's personal preference to consider too. My personal preference for rings would be minimum F and VS1, VG VG VG on a GIA cert. My preference is color, clean and sparkles in that order.

If they were both well cut and the SI1 was eye-clean, I'd pick the H SI1 because of its size.
