1.5 carat PRINCESS

Im now looking to upgrade to a 1.5 carat princess from a 0.83 princess.

Ive wanted to upgrade for ages and thought Id get into a 2 carat plus but I don't think this is achievable with my budget.

My question is, do you think I will really feel a difference in size on my hand? I want to feel like I have a nice big stone, or I wouldn't bother changing my current. Regardless of settings, as Ill likely have a solitaire again.

Anyone upgraded but not hugely? How did you feel???

I "upgraded" but also changed shape and settings from a .5 something princess to a .91 cushion in a lower setting. Overall it was a slightly lower mm jump, but I did notice a difference. A mm is oddly huge in a diamond, so the real question, in my opinion, is whether the price is worth it or if you should hold out for the 2 carat.
