1.2 Carat Er with 5 stones wedding band .25 each

I would like to show some pictures and mostly this post is about sizing.

I was searching through the topics before trying to find the right size for my finger...for wedding band etc.

I hope this topic helps! Our wedding is coming so soon, Nov 1st, 2014.
I'm getting real excited

My ER is 1.2 carat and my wedding is 1.25 carat (.25 each, 5 stones wedding band) , both are in platinum setting.

my ring finger size is 6.75 but I ordered these 2 rings in size 7.

These 5 stones band goes really well together with 1.2 carat ER, for those who really like them as a set (looks like sisters), but for those who wants thin wedding band may not like this one. If you are hesitating between .20 or.25 ....go with .25

Definitely personal preference in this case. I love the band as a standalone ring, but I think it much overpowers the ER when they're together. They are both beautiful though, congrats on your upcoming wedding!

Be careful not to let your band come in contact with your Ering , b/c the girdles from your band will chew up your Ering prongs.

I think it's over powering. Also those diamond girdles will cut into your ER setting.

Personally I think a 7 stone will give you more finger coverage and 15 pointers would be a more balanced look with your center stone, instead of overpowering it but still giving you a lot of presence. Or even 20 pointers.

But definitely a 7 stone with smaller diamonds.

Not really liking the bigger stones. Agree that 7 smaller stones would be prettier.i have a 1.21 with a .20/5 stone that looks a bit better.

I agree with the others, the 5 stone is too big to go with your ering.

You've a lovely set. You might want to get a thin spacer to prevent your 5 stone from chewing through your ering.

Very pretty! And striking, too. I do like the wedding band on the bottom and engagement ring on top, though. Looks more balanced, or maybe I'm just used to seeing rings that way.
