I definitely have the opposite problem of social eating. I''m great when people are around as far as food goes (alcohol is another issue). I feel like everyone is "judging" what I eat, so I find it easy to say "no" when people offer pizza, snacks, ice cream, etc at work or whatever.

I am a total alone eater. I make awful choices if it is just me. I guess I feel like no one will know, so its okay (or something equally wrong).

The more comfortable I become around someone the worse my food habits become around them.

Guess I just need to be around strangers every time I eat!

Just had soup today...don''t know what we are doing for dinner, but I am definitely dying of thirst!! I really want to make some suntea this weekend.

And I NEED to get back to the gym next week.
 
Nauseous again today so I ate nothing. This is not my idea of dieting.

Rockzilla: I am with you 100%!!! I hate it when people try to make you feel like you are anorexic because you are dieting and exercising and you are not overweight. It can be very uncomfortable when you are talking to someone heavier than you and they just give you that look like you are crazy.

My boss is the same height as me and weighs about 20 lbs. more than me. She used to get so mad if I commented on my body fat and how pear shaped I was, but we went and had our body fat analyzed and sure enough my report showed how the fat on my body is all in the stomach, butt and thighs. And my upper body/lower body fat ratio was way worse than hers. Now she gets it.
