I am interested in this diamond it is a 0.74 VS1 H Hearts and arrow diamond

The images look good to me and the idealscope looks good to me (I am no expert by any means)
My main concern is the HCA score of 2.8. From what I read we should be under a 2.0. Do I have a lot to be concerned about? I know that HCA isnt everything but I would assume a Hearts and Arrows proportions would mostly score in the under 2.0 HCA rating. Can someone take a look at this diamond for me?
