This is the last thing I have to show. It's a 0.46 center pear diamond, Si1, F, surrounded by a halo of H diamonds totaling 0.21.
I got it from a reputable local jeweler. The center stone is not certified. The jeweler put it as an F. I don't know where the cut would stand, but it's pretty sparkly and I think it has a minimum of bowtie. Some lights I can see a smallish bowtie, others it doesn't have one at all. But I like my diamonds sparkly, and this one does sparkle, so I think the cut must be quite good. I paid $1400 plus tax, which I thought was a fair deal, as the necklace has quite a lot of presence on the neck. I researched other pendants of similar specs and design, and they all seemed to be $2,000-upwards. This is my best necklace. Not as expensive as the Tiffany solitaire, but much larger.
