Hello there! So I believe this pair is costume. The smaller gems (of which quite a few are missing) look like rhinestones. The center stone could really be anything... likely glass, resin, CZ, or maybe even a dyed natural gem like chalcedony. As we always advise here, it's so difficult to know for sure from one photo. But I don't think they're worth very much, unfortunately.
