Engagement Ring - Sapphire help

My partner and I are on the hunt for a Ceylon Sapphire for the centre stone of my engagement ring.
The jeweller we are wanting to work with has not been able to source suitable stones within budget.
We are after:
- Lighter blue Ceylon Sapphire and are okay if it has a little grey to it - I know this is not overly desirable for most.
- More of rectangular stone preferably Cushion cut
- around 9mm long with flexible width - possibly around 6mm
- Budget $3200 USD
-Heat treaded is okay.
- We are in Australia but can work out international shipping to relatives if not able to post.
We have found the below stones:
This one is a little small:

This one has probably too many inclusions:

This would be our current favourite but is over budget:

We are hoping for thoughts on the above stones or if anyone had any other suggestions?
This is our first time buying a stone so any help would be appreciated.
We have read the 'new to colour gemstone thread'.

Thank you.
Ingrid

No, no no!! Do NOT buy that one from Gem Select, because it's "Be Heated" or beryllium treated. The color is not natural and for the treatment, that stone is overpriced. The one from Natural Sapphire Company has a huge window (transparent area where you see what's underneath instead of having light reflected back at you), TERRIBLE CUT. Neither of those are good values. The Gemfix one is the only good one you linked, but it's over budget.

Well, at this point, you gotta keep looking with patience, or start considering some compromises.

Do you compromise on size? (I usually compromise on size, not beauty.)

Do you compromise on color?
Here is a GORGEOUS, royal blue color https://www.litnon.com/index.php?page=viewgem&id=11650
Here is cheaper grayish blue https://mastercutgems.com/Products-...Sapphire_2_53_carat_VIDEO_-Gem.php?FromPage=1

Do you stretch your budget a little, or bargain the price down?
Here's a slightly cheaper one besides the Gemfix option, but still slightly over budget.

Thank you for the warning and advise Voce.
The world of gemstones is so very large and we have so much to learn about sapphires, treatments and cuts!!
We think a compromise is needed, just need to decide on what.
The last one from master gem cuts looks promising.
Thanks again.
