I bought a strange ring wrap that I’m pretty excited about! I wanted something different and “out there.” It was marked down 50%... three day return/no restocking fee. I have a gemstone ring I’d like it to fit. I also think it would be okay on its own as a middle finger or index finger ring.

I had my eye on an aquamarine ring (before I found one local which was also listed on RL) that had the red tag all the way through the week until 2 days before the sale, then the tag was gone So strange.

I love it! Its presently getting a spa treatment at my local jeweler. Tightening prongs/beads and a deep clean. It’s way out of the style that I usually wear. I just thought this was such a fun way to dress up a solitaire! I’ll be hitting up the CS forum about getting solitaire soon to wear with it!




Pictures with my 1.23 E SI2 CBI. I can’t wear this with it very often at all due to the wear it would do to the left knife edge shoulder. But it’s gorgeous in it!



Seller said these were round brilliants, but they are single cuts. I’m actually pleased with that, but not happy that the seller didn’t know/care to check when I asked.

I’m sad that I’ll be without it this week! I really wanted to get it super clean, though, and with a loose baguette, I knew it was the smart thing to do to get it taken care of right away. I am such a casual dresser... this thing needs a martini and Jackie O cocktail dress with it!

That's a pretty awesome wrap! I suspect very few people know about single cuts. I'm sure it's better with them and more vintage, which is nice. Shame it came to you needing such overhaul but looking forward to the new pictures and share more with it by itself too and when you choose a coloured stone too! Oooh the possibilities!

Did you nail that or what? Killer with your CBI. Love that wrap, welcome to baguettes, now they know where to find you. Admitting that I have poor judgment, but I think a dab of that silicone booger-glue would keep those two pieces from abrading each other for occasional use.

What timing you have! I *just* got my CS ring from my local jeweler on Friday. It’s a garnet from Finewater gems, set in a 14K stuller solstice solitaire with low head. I think I may have jolly ranchers in all colors made in this setting!
