How Are Diamonds Made? Natural vs Lab-Created Explained
Two Paths, One Diamond Not all diamonds come from the same place — but they all start the same way. Pure carbon, crystalized under immense pressure and heat. Whether it…
April is always a glorious month for diamonds! Let’s get into the Jewels of the Week for April because they are magnificent. Each Friday on the PriceScope Facebook page we celebrate the Jewel of the Week! From Show Me the Bling, one recently posted jewelry piece belonging to a PriceScope member is chosen to be featured. We love this tradition, and we love getting to enjoy all that shiny new bling! These were the Jewels of the Weeks for April 2023.
Springsparkle shared this stunning OEC bezel set diamond ring with us. This is a phenomenally beautiful ring and it looks amazing on her finger. This was inspired by Miley Cyrus’s hit “Flowers.” As Miley sang that she could buy her own flowers, Springsparkle decided that she could buy her own diamonds! We love that! You made an exemplary choice! Congratulations!

Lovedogs shared this incredible Octavia-cut diamond ring in an orchid styled floral setting. This is jaw droppingly gorgeous. Can you believe that lovedogs ended up with this phenomenal piece AND a family heirloom from her intended’s mother. Lovedogs is a lucky lady, this is one of the most original and unique pieces we’ve swooned over for a bit! Exceptional! Congratulations! It’s uniqueness means that a “Get the Look” segment is not going to be a match of any kind. Still lovely, but not a match. We always encourage going custom for pieces with this kind of work!
Congratulations on your new rings and your engagement!
Ares_shared this stunning elongated emerald-cut three-stone diamond engagement ring with us. This is magnificent and it’s tremendous to see that PriceScope had a tiny helping hand in its creation! Big thanks to the members of our community that always step up to help out! @Karl_K and @Ibrakeforpossums were big helpers in finding this center stone and it is *yum*! Glorious, congratulations! We want to see hand shots when you can!

Lulu_ma shared this mind blowing 8ct. old European cut diamond tennis bracelet with us. Lulu_ma always brings the goods, friends. This is #goals, those chunky diamonds are just incredible and the way this looks on her wrist is impeccable. What an inspired choice, congratulations!
Side note: Karl K from the PriceScope community created the Octavia cut. Obsessed!
The bracelet is comprised of 32 approximately .25 ct OECS that are G to I color. The culet facets vary in size.
April 2023 may be in the past, but we are super excited to see what comes next. What is on your wish list? What are you looking to add to your collection? Let us know in the comments.
