I love looking at fashion illustration and plan on having a photo of my dress turned into one, a-la Katie Holmes. I thought I''d share a few artists'' contact information I''ve come across in case there are any other brides who want to do the same.

Glad you like it, monarch! I like the idea of having something ''commemorative'' on the wall without it being an actual photo. My idea is to have one done of my dress and one of DH''s suit.

Also, from that angle, your dress looks really, really similar to mine...did you get it at David''s Bridal? Either way it''s gorgeous

I''d love to do it, but it''s a bit pricey. Dreamlines seems to have the lowest price, but you don''t get to see it until they ship it to you.

Well, I designed my own dress so I had to make a sketch of it first, haha. But I wouldn't mind a nicer one, professionally done. I also can't find where I put the sketch..whoops.. I have a lot of friends who are professional artists though, lucky me!
