you do grocery shopping by yourself or with your SO?

I do all of the grocery shopping for us humans, and DH does all of the grocery shopping for our furbabies. (We feed the furbabies a raw diet.)

We each go it alone. The few times DH has come grocery shopping with me it''s taken twice as long, and we''ve left with twice as much food. I do all the cooking, and I''m the frugal one, so it''s safer for our tummies and our wallets that I''m the one doing the shopping.

Typically we go together...I hate going alone. It takes me forever. If I go, I get everything on my list and then some. If DH goes, we save a ton of $, but have to make a couple return visits during the week. I feel like his method works better (esp. since he''s the one making the return visit), so I prefer it when he goes solo.

I hate grocery shopping and he is the maximizer in our house when it comes to groceries. We usually go together or he will have the list and go by himself.

I make the grocery list and we usually grocery shop and put away the groceries together. Sometimes I go alone or he goes alone for the big weekly shopping, but mostly together. For quick runs it''s whoever has time or occasionally we''ll walk there together.

we usually go together - and we both enjoy it! but we live one block from the store - that really helps

Generally together--especially for the big, stocking-up trips. But I will go alone to pick up lunch food since I work from home and he works from the office/lab (and won''t pack so he has an excuse to leave). And, I often go alone on the stop-by-and-pick-one-thing-up trips, since the bus I take into my office stops at our neighborhood grocery store.
