Good Morning Ladies. How is everyone doing on this lovely Monday? I have to go to GP early this morning so I only did a mile.

I will make up for it tonight. I weighed in at 173, up again for the second week in a row. Beh.

Woke up with low motivation this morning, so I didn''t go (probably should''ve gone for that very reason!!!)...hopefully I''ll get back into it as of tomorrow...*SULK*
