Any of you out there?

There''s a team in my area that is recruiting people of all ages/fitness levels. I''ve never played rugby, but I am seriously competitive when it comes to sports, and I''ve played softball all of my life. I''d love to get back on a team of some sort!

Any tips/suggestions/information/warning/experiences? Thanks!

I played in college, and it was awesome!

My best advice: don''t get nervous, just jump in and go. You''ll pick up the rules best just by playing.

Oh yeah, and wear a mouthguard

I play tag rugby! It''s sooo much fun. And I''m a big rugby fan. Go for it, it''s a great sport!!
