As long as this topic is sort of in play, two oddities on the WF website:

One, if I have my firewall software turned on (Norton), the WF splash page only shows the items on the left side of the page. ("Loose Diamonds" and "A Cut Above"), but does not show anything on the right side where it should say "Whiteflash Design" and "Diamond Rings". If I disable the firewall, then it does display that right-hand text, too. Needless to say I try to browse with the firewall up.

Two, Try clicking on the "Royal Crown in W/G" and "X-Prong in 18k W/Gold for Princess" links on this page, they don''t work for me:

Something in the firewall software doesn''t like something in the way the first page is displayed. As a test, I turned off the firewall temporarily and when I did so the page displayed correctly.

Out of Curiosity... what browser do you use Lostdog?

I know I occasionally get glitches when viewing the WF front page when in Opera, but fine in Internet Explorer (havent tried Firefox

I use FireFox with no problems. Never had a problem with any portion of the WF site or any of the WF links in various forum postings.

LS: What browser? The gold standard: IE6 with latest patches. (6.0.2800.1106) Also Norton Internet Security, also patched. With NIS off, no problem.

(Note: high sarcasm content re: AU based benchmark citation above).

Dotch the nannyish, corruption known as Norton. and get decent protection from the likes of Zone Alarm and AVG anti virus. far better. and free
