Whiteflash in TV Ad....

Not sure they want to be in this one... this morning at the gym on one of the TV with ESPN there's a really long commercial for "Diamond-z4" and they use the Whiteflash diamond page (you know the one where you can see the pictures of the diamond and aset, etc.) to compare their lovely $20 fakes to WF....

I saw that several months ago. I emailed Whiteflash to let them know (in case they didn't already) but I never got a response.

I don't know what legalities are involved. They never say Whiteflash or show the brand name in any way. It's just a picture of a diamond and because we know what their page looks like, it was obvious to us.
