I actually showed a place two weekends ago where there was someone asleep/passed out/dead (I didn''t check to find out) on the floor between the bed and the wall.

YIKES! Hopefully it wasn''t the same house ksinger looked at. Maybe that would explain the trail on the floor where they drug the body.

As a realtor I have to say I do actually see this stuff. Not only in photos, but IRL on a daily basis! The two most common reasons are renters and foreclosures. With renters the owner has no control over what the place looks like, and in a foreclosure the owner (or soon to be previous owner) doesn''t care. If I had a dollar for every bed I''ve made, sink full of dirty dishes I''ve washed, litter box I''ve cleaned...
