Hmmm tough choice. I agree it''d be unfortunate if the diamonds weren''t of great quality, but for me, I''ve never been one to spend a lot on a watch. While I wear a watch almost every day, I''ve found that watches under $100 seem to do the same job as those over $1000... even if you have to replace the cheaper ones more often. Idk my watch gets pretty banged up so I don''t think I''ll ever really splurge on one.
I''d get the jewelry. It''d be great to wear at your wedding and it''s a much longer lasting gift to commemorate your marriage. Definitely things you could pass down. Even if the diamonds are not perfect, like you said it''s the thought that counts and I think you''d love them regardless.

Im having a hard time deciding for you!....I would pick the diamonds if they are quality, but a Rolex or Cartier is a life time keeper...keep in mind though that the watch has up- keep(an automatic needs to be cleaned and serviced every 5-7 years and it is expensive...Rolex charges $500 for a cleaning and Cartier will be more to clean an automatic movement watch)i would choose an automatic movement watch(I wouldn''t spend thousands of dollars on a quartz movement watch!)GOOD LUCK !![]()
