Where do you grocery shop?

I would rather slam my left tit in the car door than go grocery shopping. Costco can be the exception for me, but I will typically only go mid-day during the week, and I really buy much more stuff like clothes (love the center area!) and small appliances (toaster anyone?), etc., than food. That's the CB's department! If he doesn't bring it home we don't eat it...
:)I'm pretty sure you could charge admission for people to see that.:lol::lol:

Costco, then Target for whatever Costco doesn't have. Like Frosted Cheerios. And Milanos. And I think that's about it, actually.

We have limited choices where I live. I tend to shop at Albertsons most of the time but will venture to King Soopers if my husband drives. I hate their parking lot.

Trader Joe's

I live in the sticks, so mostly wal mart. Sometimes kroger. Lately I have been buying things from amazon... my wal mart will have dry spells for items I want. I get meat from a local meat market.

We do Blue Apron 3 times a week. I guess I have been getting many of my groceries delivered lately.

Kroger--order online and pickup (no charge) in dedicated parking area. This is my most frequent jam because it's quick and I don't have to deal with live people. Before they started offering this service I religiously used self-checkout. Hoosier Hospitality is awesome until the cashier talks so much he/she charges you twice or doesn't give you your cash back.

Krogucci--(all 4 in town have been renovated but this one is freakin huge and has live music, an amazing booze department, a gazillion deli/food stations (sushi train!) when I'm on that side of town I sometimes stop in for the hell of it or fresh flowers or something. The parking lot is the literal pits but I manage to overlook it.

Lucky's--fresh/local within 60 miles produce, wine, bulk chia seeds/lentils/beans. Samples! Also, $5 will get you a slice of pizza and a pint of beer.
Fresh Thyme--fish, produce

The local co-op is NOT doing well; one location closed down after only being open for 1 year. I quit shopping there, well, never even purchased a membership, because while the food and selection were good, it was way overpriced and the employees were just about the smuggest *******s I've ever encountered. Sullen, refused to greet customers or thank them for their business, and just generally unpleasant. Not dressed hipster enough or don't have facial piercings? You are obviously THE MAN and everything that's wrong with this country so GTFO.

Hannaford To Go. Place my order and just pick it up. Best thing ever!

Majority of shopping happens at the local chain grocery store. Go to Whole Foods occasionally for cheese or dessert or aged meat. Wish I could justify shopping at Whole Foods for other items but I can't tell the difference but could be my unsophisticated palate. I have a Sam's club membership through work. However, the prices aren't necessarily cheaper than the local grocery store and I don't seem to have enough room to store the bulk items. I do like to by vitamins, nuts, and some other items though.

I tend to stay away from Whole Foods Markets because of 1) the prices and 2) sensory overload. Seriously.
