How fun.

I love their songs.

We are going to have dinner with a couple of friends and then party at our house. Many some poker, definitely some champange and maybe a chocolate fountain (it''s one of our wedding gifts). Yum.

Monterey...the Aquarium is having a NYE shindig that sounded fun, so we are going with another couple. The only downer is that we are in the middle of a storm and it''s raining and windy...yikes!

We''re going to dinner with 3 other couples here in our neighborhood at 5:30 (early start, YIKES!) then we''re staying in at one house and playing games...no one will be driving--we''re all within walking distance. They don''t call it amateur night for nothing! Happy New Year everyone!

Oh! jealous!! Sounds like fun!

And Mara, the Aquarium thing sounds like it could be fun!

Last year we did the whole fancy dinner, concert, then hotel and fancy brunch in the morning and spent a ridiculous amount of money. This year he wanted to take me to some black tie event at the symphony since I love going, but I was like no! just want a quiet night in! So I''ll head over there in a bit, he was in charge of dinner, few movies, just totally a quiet night in, which is just what i wanted. For this year at least

Everyone sounds like they are going to have fun. I am going to my MIL''s to have celebratory drink.
My Sil always has the party there (big house so everyone doesn''t have to drive home everyone just passes out there).
