Hi Kama, This is my bedroom set, actually. It's not gradient, but it is gray and white and paisley. I love love love it. I'm a white mirror away from finishing my bedroom and I will post pics in the next month (when a couple things I've ordered to finish it off come in). http://www.restorationhardware.com/catalog/category/products.jsp?link=ItalianCypressPaisleyBeddingCollection&categoryId=cat90089 Great minds!

Cehra, I suspect what you say to be true. I'm just worried the gray tone won't be right. I think it's a better quality rug, from the look of it.

We totally have similar taste! My bedroom is similar in concept as well. This is my summer bedding:

With a similar grey and cream wallpaper on one accent wall (which we haven't put up yet, waiting for a long weekend!):

And these mirrored bedside tables:

Please do post pics when you're done. I'm DYING to see pics!

OMG that bed and those nightstands are EXACTLY what I almost bought. I was going to replace our bedroom furniture. But John vetoed the bed and even an upholstered headboard as being one big scratching post. And he was right. And I decided to redo the living room instead of buying mirrored nightstands and just keep our current ones for a while longer. I've never loved our nightstands, but they work with everything else. When we got the new bedding, it made the rest of the stuff look nicer than it had. So, it works for now. Much of it was done on a budget but it came together.

Where did you buy the nightstands though? They are perfect. I saw pics of those, but no place to buy them.

The living room... PITA so far. Not sure where things are going.

I got them from Bombay & Co. We have an outlet store close to us, so instead of the original price of $600, it ran us around $250 a piece. One has a tiny water stain which I can't see unless I'm crouching at eye level and stare at the exact spot. Pretty and cheap, just the way I like my stuff :wink2:

Yeah, that's why I changed my mind. All the ones in the 200 range were small and I didn't like them. And all the ones I liked were 500+ bucks and I just kept thinking: I hate my couches. I'd rather have a new sectional. Of course... we're still in the middle of that mess. You got a great deal on those nightstands!!!! Way to go. I totally would have snatched those up!

If I get the grey and cream rug, instead of the charcoal and beige, I might have to cancel my drape order as well as return the end table. And I got a really good deal on the drapes.

That's scary my voice was in your head :Up_to_something: ;)) I am glad you are returning it. So, I really love the first one. Just love the movement and it feels younger to me.

:cheeky: Tacori honey, it may be we've only met once. But we've known each other for years. And years. Been through wedding planning, wedding, your baby, and a lot of other stuff. You are my friend hon. It's not that strange when you think of it that way.

OMG. I just noticed we joined PS within days of each other. How funny is that?

But yes, I rolled it out and I heard : A deal isn't a deal if you don't get exactly what you want, Layla. I wish there was someplace I could get the original rug from but, it is discontinued. So... I gotta start from scratch there.

BTW: I am about to go postal on the store I ordered my sectional through. Just complained to their corporate offices. They better come back at me with "Your sectional will be ready in 2 weeks, at your door ready to sit on, and oh btw here's 500 bucks to make you happy with us again."
