just wanted to add that not by any means am I suggesting you choose a flamboyant wedding over a home!!! If it''s one or the other then certainly option 1 or 2!
It just seems from the options that you might be able to have the best of both worlds... if all it means is waiting another 12 months. Unless property is skyrocketing where you want to buy, 12 months on might not be so bad. If it''s going to put you out longer than that and really stress you out financially, then of course it''s not even worth considering.
