Ooo, I forgot about this one! Although I didn''t see it in the theater. I hate the story and the outcome of the movie. I showed it to DH when we were dating to show that this movie describes what I DON''T agree in terms of relationships. He agreed.Date: 6/13/2010 1:32:03 PM

Serendipity with John Cusack and Kate Beckinsale.
I have never cared less about two protagonists in a movie. I still use it as a comparison...''the movie was bad, but it wasn''t Serendipity bad.''
I was thinking I''ve never walked out on a movie, but Saving Private Ryan is the *only* one I can remember not even being able to get past the first 20 minutes like you say. Not because it was dull, but because of the gore and knowing it was based on a true story. Eep. My husband loves the movie. He has the DVD. I will generally stay in the theatre regardless of how *bad* a movie is (recently, Splice!) because it''s so darned expensive.Date: 6/13/2010 3:11:00 PM

I fell asleep 10 minutes in to Saving Private Ryan.
To this day I''ve never lasted more than 20 minutes with that movie, I find it incredibly dull.
Did you have earplugs on??? Its so loud and in your face with all the bombing and machine gun fire I''d find it extremely hard to fall asleep through that. I wouldn''t say it was a dull movie, graphic and horrifying but not dull. Each to their own I suppose.Date: 6/13/2010 3:11:00 PM
