Hi ladies!

I am a longtime lurker! I''ll take some pictures of my cushion cut e-ring and antique inspired wedding band in the Show Me The Ring forum soon!

I have come out of lurkdom for some advice about....what to wear UNDER the wedding gown!! My wedding gown is very old Hollywood glamour and I am wearing a birdcage veil with an ostrich feather, and having my hair and makeup done very retro 40''s inspired. I''m also wearing red peep toe pumps.

I loooove my Spanx and wanted to wear white fishnet Spanx for the wedding day, but they don''t make them in white! They have them in nude:

or I can get ivory patterned Spanx in diamond:

What do you think the better choice would be?? I want to be comfortable, but also sexy, and I want the whole ensemble to match!! Thanks for the input

I like the ivory/diamond better...I don''t think the nude fishnets would show up that well. Although if you really wanted to do something different, you could go with the black fishnets or the wine patterned ones!

Your whole ensemble sounds lovely! Can you post any pictures?

What you wear under your dress for the ceremony and reception to look flawless needn't be the same as what you wear when the dress is about to come off....

How about set 1 - to hold eveything in place, perfectly. Nice suitable sturdy garments.
And then set 2 - to hold nothing in place, perfectly. Naughtly unsuitable non-sturdy garments.

ETA: so don't worry too much about set 1 not being perfect colour matches etc, get what makes you feel great in the dress.

ETA (part deux): Welcome to PS!
