Well, not much of any of those things. My family thinks I am weird. LOLOL I'll eat gnocchi if I make it from scratch; or if the pasta is handmade, I might have a bit. I cook and bake with butter but don't otherwise eat it.
My Italian nana used to make a focaccia bread topped with olive oil and salt. She told us kids it was "pizza". We didn't really like it because it didn't have cheese and sauce! Her family was from Naples.
