What is going on at Whiteflash (pricing).

There seems to be a new pricing structure that has been going back and forth since sometime this weekend. I found an upgrade diamond in the search engine for one price. I called about the diamond, and they were bringin it in. When they replied with the information to bring the stone in, the the price (wire) went up by $200+ dollars. Last night I went back in and the wire price on the website went up by $10 or $15. Today I went back in to look at it and they now have a "pricescope price, a pricescope wire price and a regular price". The pricescope wire price is a little more than $100 LESS than the price I was given via email and $100 MORE than the price still listed on the pricescope search engine.

I am supposed to be sending in my diamond tomorrow for an evaluation for a possible upgrade. If there are issues I am concerned about shipping them my stone. Does anyone know whats going on?

I''d just e-mail them and ask them about it...I''m sure WF would know better than the rest of us!

My guess would be that they''re coming up with a pricing structure like James Allen has, where there''s a separate PS price that comes up if you come to the website through the PS search engine.
 
Of course I tried to contact them. I did email, but it''s Sunday so I won''t hear back until Monday. I only asked the group because I thought perhaps there was a post about changes coming or something.
 
I can''t log onto my "wishlist" as I am stalking a few diamonds right now...lol and I know there are a few pricing variations of the ones I''ve looked at too

Sizzle, we''re in the process of making a programming enhancement so people who click through to our stones from PS will see the PS price reflected on the page instead of the full list price.

We''ve found a few glitches in the programming that we hope to have resolved within the next few days, but I can reassure you there''s been no change to our pricing.

Our sales associates are all aware of this as well and can provide you with the most accurate pricing information until we can get the programming worked out.

Yeah! Thank you so much for replying! I wanted to get my stone mailed out first thing in the morning and this has been bugging me. I''m so grateful to this forum for the up to the minute information!
